1. Electronic Acceptance, Scope of Services, and Intermediary Role

The customer's selection of the checkbox and submission of the form constitutes a data message acknowledging acceptance of these Terms and submission of a consultation/service request. EasyVisa retains the electronic record of the submission for transaction confirmation, customer support, and resolution of complaints or disputes.

EasyVisa provides administrative support and coordination services, including visa/e-visa application guidance, verification of information provided by the customer, arrangement of transportation, and visa run itinerary support upon confirmation.

EasyVisa is not a government agency, diplomatic representative, immigration authority, or legal practice organization. EasyVisa does not directly issue, extend, or guarantee the issuance of visas, e-visas, stay duration, departure, or entry.

The submission of the form constitutes a service request accompanied by acceptance of these Terms, but does not constitute a service provision confirmation. A specific service contract is only established after EasyVisa sends a written or data message confirmation regarding the scope, schedule, price, legal entity providing the service, and specific conditions, and the customer accepts that confirmation.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information; independently verify the content on the visa/e-visa, and present valid original documents as required by the competent authority.

Throughout the period of entry, exit, and residence in Vietnam, the customer must comply with Vietnamese law, operate within the purpose of entry, respect culture, and present documents when required by the competent authority.

The customer may not use the service for deception, concealing violations, illegal residence or work, transporting prohibited items, assisting others in violating the law, or engaging in any unlawful purpose.

3. Government Authority Decisions and Travel Risks

All decisions regarding visas, e-visas, entry/exit, temporary stay duration, penalties, or entry refusal are solely within the authority of the Vietnamese, Lao, or relevant country's government authorities.

Itinerary may change due to border checks, weather, traffic, regulatory changes, customer's document errors, or force majeure events. EasyVisa will notify and assist within reasonable scope but cannot guarantee the outcome or processing time of third parties.

4. Fees and Third-Party Services

EasyVisa's service fees are quoted separately from government fees, Lao visa, insurance, meals, or additional costs. The customer shall pay only after receiving a clear confirmation of scope and total cost.

Services provided by government agencies, transportation companies, accommodation facilities, or independent providers are subject to their own terms. EasyVisa is responsible for selecting and coordinating within the scope of its committed obligations, without replacing the independent legal liability of third parties.

5. Legal Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, EasyVisa shall not be liable for direct damages arising from the customer's inaccurate or concealed information; the customer's failure to comply with law; use of the service for unlawful purposes; decisions of competent authorities; or events beyond reasonable control.

This provision does not exclude or limit EasyVisa's mandatory liability, consumers' legal rights, or liability arising from intentional misconduct or breach of obligation by EasyVisa that Vietnamese law does not permit to be waived.

6. Personal Data Processing, Retention, and Protection

EasyVisa processes names, contact information, nationality, visa expiration dates, intended departure dates, service packages, contact channels; along with submission time, IP address, browser type, device language, and technical fraud signals to respond to requests, conduct preliminary condition checks, coordinate services, create electronic acceptance records, resolve complaints or disputes, protect systems, and fulfill legal obligations.

Information is shared only with necessary personnel and providers to fulfill the request, or with competent authorities when required by law. EasyVisa does not sell data and does not use this consent for independent advertising.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, protect the legal rights and interests of the parties, handle complaints, and meet legal retention obligations; after which it is deleted or anonymized. The customer may request to view, receive a copy, correct, withdraw consent, or delete data within the scope permitted by law via EasyVisa's contact email. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing activities and does not require deletion of data that law permits or requires to be retained to resolve disputes.

7. Electronic Records and Integrity

Each valid submission is assigned a unique record number. The record includes information entered by the customer, version and copy of the accepted Terms, server receipt time, customer confirmation time on device, necessary technical data, and integrity check code.

The customer is provided with an electronic receipt for review and download immediately after submission. The check code helps detect changes to the record; it does not replace digital signatures with certificates or time-stamping services when higher authentication levels are required by law.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. The parties prioritize amicable negotiation; if unresolved, disputes are submitted to the competent authority or court under Vietnamese law. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.

By selecting the checkbox and clicking submit, the customer confirms having had the opportunity to read, understand, and accept the Terms of Service; and simultaneously submits an electronic service request to EasyVisa.
