Privacy Policy
How EasyVisa handles information submitted on easyvisarun.com and in conversations with the Visa run Danang Facebook Page.
Information received through Messenger
When you message the Visa run Danang Facebook Page, Meta may provide EasyVisa with a Page-scoped sender identifier, the profile information available to the Page, your message text, supported attachments, delivery metadata and timestamps.
EasyVisa uses that information only to answer your request, keep the support conversation together, coordinate a requested visa-run service, protect the inbox and comply with applicable obligations. EasyVisa does not use Messenger access to send unsolicited messages.
AI-assisted replies and human support
Messages may be processed by an AI model hosted on infrastructure operated for EasyVisa. The AI is limited to visa-run support. It stops and hands the conversation to staff when the request is outside scope, confidence is below the configured threshold, delivery fails, or a staff member joins the conversation.
EasyVisa does not sell conversation data and does not use it to train a public third-party AI model.
6. Personal Data Processing, Retention, and Protection
EasyVisa processes names, contact information, nationality, visa expiration dates, intended departure dates, service packages, contact channels; along with submission time, IP address, browser type, device language, and technical fraud signals to respond to requests, conduct preliminary condition checks, coordinate services, create electronic acceptance records, resolve complaints or disputes, protect systems, and fulfill legal obligations.
Information is shared only with necessary personnel and providers to fulfill the request, or with competent authorities when required by law. EasyVisa does not sell data and does not use this consent for independent advertising.
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, protect the legal rights and interests of the parties, handle complaints, and meet legal retention obligations; after which it is deleted or anonymized. The customer may request to view, receive a copy, correct, withdraw consent, or delete data within the scope permitted by law via EasyVisa's contact email. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing activities and does not require deletion of data that law permits or requires to be retained to resolve disputes.
Website analytics
To understand which version of the home page helps visitors best, the website counts a few anonymous steps: a visit, a price check, the booking form being opened or sent, and a tap on a contact channel. Each count records only the step, the page version, the page language and whether a phone or a computer was used. It does not record your name, contact details, IP address or browser.
The website also uses Google Analytics 4. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies (consent mode); its advertising features are turned off for everyone, and page addresses are sent without their query string. A first-party cookie, ev_ab, remembers which home page version you were shown for up to 30 days.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)
EasyVisa advertises on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which ads bring visitors to the website, it uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. The pixel loads only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Under Manage options you can reject everything or allow page measurement and booking matching separately, and visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland also see Reject all on the banner itself; if you reject or do not answer, nothing from Meta is loaded. Your choice is kept in a first-party cookie, ev_ad_consent, for up to 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
With your consent, the pixel tells Meta that a page was viewed, that a contact channel was tapped and that a booking request was sent, together with the page address, your browser details and Meta's own cookies (_fbp, _fbc). When you send a booking request, the website server also reports it to Meta through the Conversions API with your IP address, your browser details and the phone number or email address you entered, which is converted to an irreversible SHA-256 code before it leaves our server. Meta uses this to match the request to an ad you saw and reports it to EasyVisa only in aggregate. Meta's own processing is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. Pages that carry chat links with a conversation code never load the pixel.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete data associated with your support conversation, subject to records EasyVisa is permitted or required to retain. Follow the data deletion instructions or email admin@easyvisarun.com.
