How we handle reviews

The ones in the customer section are, yes — each was submitted through the star form on this page, and we do not edit the wording. Anything our own team wrote to demonstrate the format sits in its own labelled section below and is left out of the rating.
Why are nearly all the published reviews four or five stars?
Because that is where the form sends them. Four and five stars publish automatically; anything lower is routed to our manager so they can contact the customer directly instead of trading replies in public. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume nobody has ever been unhappy.
Is EasyVisa a legitimate visa run service?
EasyVisa is a registered visa and mobility service with an office in Da Nang. The address, the hotline and the full terms and conditions are published on this site. We are a private service, not an immigration authority: we cannot approve a visa or guarantee that a border officer will admit you, and we say so before you book.
Where else can I read reviews of EasyVisa?

Can I leave a review if my trip went badly?
