A useful visa run quote is more than one large number. It should separate the service you are buying from government fees, third-country entry costs and any optional transport, so you can compare like with like before paying.
Easy Visa Run confirms the itemised total in advance. We do not add an unannounced Easy Visa Run charge on the road. If a government fee, exchange rate or customer-requested change can vary, it is labelled as an estimate or separate item rather than hidden inside a promise.
The four parts of a Da Nang visa run cost
- Easy Visa Run service: document review, planning, coordination and the support listed in your chosen package.
- Transport: a shared seat, private vehicle or flight arrangement, stated with the pickup area and passenger limit.
- Vietnam government fee: the official e-visa fee where a new e-visa is part of your plan.
- Laos or another destination's fee: only when your passport requires it, paid in the method confirmed for that checkpoint.
The quote says which items are included, separate, estimated or optional. That status matters more than an attractive headline price.
What you receive before you pay
Your written confirmation names the route, date, pickup scope, package, passenger count and the amount due to Easy Visa Run. It also lists known government or border charges separately and explains who receives them.
There is no fee for asking what a line means. If the route or visa basis changes before payment, we issue a revised breakdown so the customer can accept the new plan deliberately.
When a total can legitimately change
Government authorities may change a fee or payment method. Flight fares can move before ticketing, and a customer may request a larger vehicle, another pickup city or a different entry plan. Those are real changes, but they are not permission for a hidden service surcharge.
Easy Visa Run explains the change and asks for approval before committing the new cost whenever circumstances allow. A border official's decision, overstay penalty or document correction is not an Easy Visa Run fee and cannot be promised away.
