EasyVisa service fee: The price on each card: transport, document guidance, border support and filing your e-visa. It is the only part EasyVisa earns, and it is confirmed before you pay. Vietnam e-visa: government fee: About VND 650,000 (USD 25) single entry or about VND 1.31M (USD 50) multiple entry per traveller, passed on at cost and shown separately in your quote. On Guided DIY you pay it to the official portal yourself. Laos visa, when required: We help prepare the process. The traveller pays the Laos authority’s fee, which depends on nationality; this is an official entry cost, not an EasyVisa surcharge.
VND equivalents use the Vietcombank rate of 26,170 VND/USD on 2026-09-26; payment is in VND.
Pickup cities and border gates
Each city is routed to its own nearest land border. The gate is chosen when the e-visa is filed and cannot be changed afterwards, so it is the first thing we confirm.
