How booking works
Book an EasyVisa visa run in four steps: send your basics, get a written confirmation of route and total cost, pay only after that, then travel with a guide to the border and back the same day.
Four steps from question to border day
- Send your basics. Send your basics. A human coordinator confirms eligibility, total cost and availability before any payment.
- Get a written confirmation. A coordinator replies with the route, the border gate for your e-visa, the date and the total cost in VND.
- Pay only after that confirmation. Payment is currently by cash or bank transfer, in VND. Nothing is charged when you send the form.
- Travel. We pick you up, cross the border with you and bring you back the same day.

Do not submit passport numbers, passport scans, or payment details in this form.
Know exactly what happens next.
- Free pre-check (3–5 days before) — Send passport and current visa details securely for route review.
- New e-visa guidance (Before departure) — We help you complete the official application and choose Lao Bao correctly.
- Doorstep pickup (Around 5:00 AM) — Your driver collects you from a Da Nang hotel or apartment.
- Travel to Lao Bao (4.5–6 hours) — Comfort stops and trip updates along the Central Vietnam route.
- Guided crossing (At the border) — Exit Vietnam, enter and exit Laos, then re-enter with your new visa.
- Safe return (Same evening) — We bring you back to Da Nang and check your new entry stamp.

Laos e-visa is not accepted at the Lao Bao–Dansavanh crossing. Some nationalities are visa-exempt; others may need Visa on Arrival.
