For a tourist e-visa, usually not — extensions inside Vietnam are not the normal route for that visa type. Business, work, investor and family visas can often be extended in Da Nang with a lawful sponsor. Tell us what you hold and we will say which applies before you book anything.
In most tourist cases, no. You normally need a new approved e-visa, then exit and re-enter Vietnam. We do not advertise an “inside Vietnam extension” for tourist e-visas.
Yes. Do not travel until your new Vietnam e-visa is approved and all details are correct, including the permitted entry port.
It depends on nationality. Some travellers are visa-exempt; others can use Visa on Arrival at Dansavanh. Laos e-visa is not accepted at this crossing.

Yes. Hoi An and Hue are included in the published price with no surcharge. Dong Hoi, Dong Ha, Quy Nhon and Nha Trang are quoted per trip, because each one goes to its own nearest crossing — Cha Lo, Lao Bao, Le Thanh and Moc Bai respectively. Send us your address and we will tell you which gate to select on your e-visa.
